Registered psychotherapist trained in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Lvl II, and Clinical Hypnosis.
From the moment we meet, I promise to welcome you—to hold a space of non-judgment, where you are respected, your perspective is privileged, and your individuality is prioritized. A space of openness and safety. A place to do meaningful, transformational work.
You might ask, "Where do I start?"
Come as you are, and we will start from there.
Sometimes feelings and situations knock us down, or they resurface when we think we’ve buried them deep. Their impact can show up in relationships, work, and our ability to cope, leaving us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
There are many approaches that offer flexibility in treatment, and together we’ll find what works best for you. I believe the body has a lot to tell us, and that real change happens when we create space for awareness, healing, and growth—so that you can live with more ease, connection, and alignment with your true self.
If you’re curious about what this process could look like for you, reach out—I’d love to explore how we can work together.
I believe in you, your story, and your goals, and I am continually reminded of the bit of amazing in everyone.
Be well - be you.
I have experience working in medical and post-secondary settings, as well as private practice, both in Ontario and internationally.
I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#004876) and a clinical member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists. I hold an Honours B.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology. I am trained in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level I: Affect Regulation & Level II: Developmental Injury), and Clinical Hypnosis. I am committed to ongoing learning, regularly participating in supervision, advanced trainings, and professional development. Yet, my greatest learning comes from my clients—their resilience and capacity for change continually shape our work together.
Drawing from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and clinical hypnosis, we explore patterns that shape emotional and relational experiences. Through this process, we cultivate deeper awareness, foster new ways of responding, and expand the capacity for regulation, connection, and healing.
Ultimately, therapy is a shared journey, reminding me time and again that we are all in this together.
In my spare time, I enjoy learning languages, volunteering in the community, biking, hiking, practicing yoga, and cooking.
My dog follows me everywhere.
